This position is a temporary part-time assignment. The hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm with an hourly rate of $21.35.

Duties, Skills & Qualifications
Ideally, one year of clerical experience including the preparation and maintenance of financial records; Knowledge of municipal or financial operations, procedures, and policies across multiple areas, i.e, cash receipting, accounts receivable, business licensing, accounts payable, utility billing, payroll, purchasing
Use ten key, computer and other office equipment effectively including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Basic accounting; methods, principles, and practices of financial and statistical record keeping,
Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Graduation from high school
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
