A local company is looking for a Billing Specialist. Full-time, hourly plus benefits.
Timely and accurate invoicing of samples
Research and resolve customer inquiries
Customer account set-up
Education/Experience: Associates Degree in Accounting (or higher) or 3 years work experience
Qualifications: Strong knowledge of billing and financial concepts
Outstanding computer skills using Microsoft Excel and billing software (Sage – willing to train)
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to create channels of communication to obtain information necessary to perform job tasks
Position requires the ability to sit at a computer for several hours at a time
M-F 8 to 5 $20.00 to $26.00 hourly
