Improve cluster performance through kernel changes, firmware updates, library stack changes, and application container management such as docker. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Overall Experience : 8-10 yrs aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Domain Experience If applicable : Semi Conductor aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Mandatory Skills and Technologies, framework, and Methodologies: aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Understanding of operating systems internals and hardening (Linux(RHEL)) aria-hidden="true" Understanding of High Performance Computing aria-hidden="true" Understanding of Electronic Design Automation(EDA)/Computer Aid Engineering (CAE) IT environment aria-hidden="true" Experience of HPC job schedulers like LSF, SGE, SLURM aria-hidden="true" Experience with storage solutions including, RAID, SAN technology and NFS/CIFS protocols aria-hidden="true" Familiarity of key protocols including TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, HTTP and LDAP, SAN aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies: aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Performs system administration duties on a linux HPC Cluster, cluster management, virtualization, cluster usage monitoring, health monitoring, job scheduling, and application integration/installation. aria-hidden="true" Responsible for system implementation/integration and systems performance analysis. aria-hidden="true" Manages hardware and software applications in the production environment provided to HPC users. aria-hidden="true" Install software and updates aria-hidden="true" Coordinates with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems in HPC Cluster. aria-hidden="true" Facilitates the acquisition of hardware and software products and services for the HPC Cluster. aria-hidden="true" Knowledge of LSF or other open source job schedulers a plus. aria-hidden="true" Compile, configure, and integrate open source applications into HPC environment. aria-hidden="true" Able to learn and use internal software systems.
