Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Administrative Assistant II to join their team. Primary focus is providing moderately complex administrative support for 3 individuals in Marketing department at trade shows. The Administrative Assistant will work under general supervision and receive detailed instructions only for new assignments. Attention to detail, organization skills, and someone who is self sufficient would succeed in this role. Manage and reconcile budgets for global meetings, including vendor payments and meeting card reconciliation.
Register meetings through Cvent, create websites, and maintain the conference calendar.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining team folders and tracking conference details.
Submit and track commercial sponsorship requests.
Perform general administrative duties.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma required
Must have strong Excel and Microsoft skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Position requires some manual labor - packing and unpacking collateral materials shipped to and from trade shows 20-25 lbs.
Previous Cvent, trade show or event experience are a PLUS!
