-10+ years of experience in DW/BI platform support - Strong experience in BI visualization tools & BI platform administration is must (preferably in Qliksense, Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI) - Ability to manage Architectural changes in the BI system - Ability to manage/lead a small team (5-10) - Work experience in Production support project is advantage. - Data analysis and troubleshooting data issues experience in BI applications. - Experience with administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical problems. - Need deep trouble shooting experience to handle P1/P2 scenarios. - Good communication & interpersonal skills - Flexible to work in late hours to support offshore team on need basis. Qliksense, Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI (any one of these skill set)
