Our client, a growing specialized health service provider, is looking for a contract to hire Technical Support Specialist to join its Northern Bay Area, team.
Responsibilities- On-boarding of all new hires by preparing and shipping equipment and conducting new hire orientation
- Create users email account in Office365 (add, modify mail account creation, distribution groups)
- Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
- Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software and peripherals that may include working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issue
- Support A/V for office meetings in person and remote using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Printer/Copier troubleshooting
- Mid-level Wi-Fi/Network support-Cisco Meraki gear
- Mobile Device Management and encryption for laptops and tablets and personal devices.
- Atlassian Jira Ticketing system
- 3-5 years of experience supporting end users
- Working experience with O365
- Imaging software and internet browsers
- Network and connectivity troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting Windows
- Experience with Azure Active Directory
- 25% travel required between offices in South Bay
