Vice President, Enterprise Security

Job Description

• Raise our security bar by more rapidly identifying and addressing security risks
• Deliver security capabilities at scale and to protect our Corporate and Cloud environments from hacker attacks
• Lead a 100+ person Security Architecture, Security Engineering, and Security Operations organization

The CISO office is dynamic leadership team responsible for providing frameworks, tools, strategies, and methods to enable the business and drive down cyber risk, securing our corporate and cloud infrastructure that runs our industry leading SaaS platform. We lead by example, ensuring the highest bar of standards in technical quality across the people, process, and technology.

This is a highly visible and critical executive role that will leverage new and existing technology to enable the business, drive down cyber risk, secure our corporate and cloud infrastructure that runs our industry leading SaaS platform. Qualifications

Expert-level experience and qualifications to be successful in this role include:

• 15+ years of experience designing, leading, and managing large scale security programs and teams (100+), including security engineering, security response, investigation, forensics, red team, intelligence, and detection teams.
• Extensive experience and subject matter expertise in cybersecurity within cloud, enterprise, and across industry platforms, strategic and tactical security operations, critical incident management, security engineering, and the design and sustainment of highly complex programs in support of risk reduction, audit, compliance, and executive leadership goals.
• Experience delivering high-profile, cross organizational projects.

• Transformative Leadership – a proven track record of transforming organizations to one of inclusivity, collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, execution, and empowerment.
• Strong partnering skills driving value to customers, partners, and product teams.
• Bachelors/Advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience
