The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various functions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience within the financial tech industry.Essential Responsibilities:Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various functions.Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a thoughtful and respectful recruitment experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, draft job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.Source candidates from relevant networks, online databases, employee referrals, and passive candidate pools.Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Provide regular updates and communication to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
