Sr Staff UX Designer (NetSec)

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and shape our UX vision and processes, and you will champion great design throughout the company. As a self-starter, you must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and experiment with new technologies. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a larger team to identify challenges and define solutions. Receptive to feedback and critiques while maintaining strong UX principles and minimizing compromises due to technical constraints.Your ImpactOwn the end-to-end user experience for projects, from conception to delivery.Create comprehensive prototypes and robust data visualizations to communicate the product vision effectively.Partner with product managers to understand product goals and ensure the best user experience.Work independently and take initiative to deliver on time, making appropriate compromises when necessary.Mentor and develop team members at lower job levels, providing guidance and professional growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with engineers to implement design specifications and act as a UX liaison.Conduct high-level protype testing to understand user behavior and expectations.
