Your CareerPalo Alto Networks' Next-Gen Firewall / Cloud Security test engineering team is looking for a seasoned and accomplished Senior Manager with experience in Automation, Networking, and/or Firewall Security technologies. You will be part of a world-class software test engineering team that works on qualifying various ground-breaking Next-Gen Firewall / Cloud Security products and services. As a functional test Manager handling test engineering and automation, you will be expected to lead and participate in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition and design through implementation, testing, and field deployments. Your Impact Lead a high-performing and diverse team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality, and speed.Deeply understand customers' needs by researching to develop insight into their needs and desires and demonstrating how you can meet those needs with PANW's products and services.Focus on all aspects of work processes and products to guarantee quality and accuracy; take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed on time and with high quality.Stays updated with advancements and the usage of AI (for coding, quality processes, etc.), evaluate their relevance, and incorporate them to enhance systems.Work closely with the product management organization to develop and deliver on product roadmaps.Lead cross-functionally with PANOS software, Prisma Access/SASE, CDSS, Operations, and Quality Engineering teams to bring new products and services to market in a timely fashion with excellent quality.Provide direction to the team on best practices, templates, and frameworks for automation.Work closely with Engineering escalation and customer support teams to improve end-customer outcomes.Be a strong mentor and coach to the team, investing in their growth and development while holding them accountable for goals and milestones.
