Our company is at the forefront of technological innovation, and we are dedicated to driving efficiency and optimizing the performance of our infrastructure both on-prem and cloud. Join us in this exciting endeavor! What you will be doing:

Lead initiatives to drive efficiency efforts across the organization.

Define and implement metrics to measure the efficiency of compute and storage services.

Spearhead program aimed at improving CPU and memory utilization within our compute fleet.

Develop and maintain tools for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing utilization data.

Build a fleet-wide aggregated profiling infrastructure for services to enhance performance monitoring and optimization.

What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

12+ years of proven experience in performance engineering with a focus on efficiency and resource optimization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track key performance metrics.

Experience in developing tools for data analysis and performance profiling.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and/or Java.

Familiarity with performance testing and analysis tools such as JMeter and Linux-based monitoring tools.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Understanding of AI ops and how to leverage LLMs to automate various optimization initiatives

Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex queries (Python, R, SQL)

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey insights from quantitative data effectively

Experience with automated data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 368,000 USD.
