- Very strong contract knowledge in CRM Service
- Field Service / Service Contracts / Entitlements / Service Orders / Returns / Repairs
- SAP ECC Functionality:
- Functional Locations, Labor Confirmations / Installed Base, Serial Numbers, Equipment, iObjects
