- Work experience: 8 10 Years of experience as a SFDC and Vlocity BA
- Quickly understand the business problem and provide prompt technical solution; short-term & long-term
- Able to work with business team to elaborate the user stories and capture the acceptance/sign off criteria.
- Excellent communication skill with capability of handling business team
- Good to have Vlocity portal implementation experience.
- Should be able guide the IT Team on architecting the solution and define software road-map
- Although, no hands on development is expected
- Organize Show and Tell Sessions.
