Lead Application Engineer (Thermal) Santa Clara, CaliforniaFull Time What you´ll doSupport all facets of Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) product development and customers field service needs.Act as the interface between field and lab in capturing and translating customers’ needs for new applications and products.Design and administrate internal screening evaluations of developmental and commercialized products, optimize material assembly processes, and direct interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.Provide global on-site support at the company's customers as needed.Travel up to 25% globally, covering all the company's consumer electronics manufacturing customers.Requires approximately 50% of the time working with Lab-Application Engineering personnel to bridge customer needs and 50% of the time working directly with the customers on technical support.Understand customer culture and anticipate their needs when developing new products/processes.Mentor and guide the global team in both technical and business areas.
