You will build and lead a program to focus primarily on executive ground transportation, lodging and associated logistics. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Executive Protection, you will work closely with the Office of the CEO, Finance, Places, HR, Security, Marketing, Sales and Events. We are seeking a colleague who enjoys working independently but collaboratively in a collegial team environment within a fast-paced and dynamic company. Your Impact
Manage relationship with several transportation providers and book all required ground transportation
Book all travel lodging for a key executive
Coordinate all activity with the Executive Protection and Office of the CEO personnel, ensuring a seamless client experience
Track all spend and performance to plan, addressing abnormalities and upholding the companies T&E policy
Produce quarterly reports for public filing and assist in the accurate reporting process
Ensure confidentiality at every step, following all SOPs and best practice in executing your duties
Drive both cost and operational efficiency through the program as it scales, while also continuously innovating
Other duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree required or combination of relatable experience
5+ years of professional experience at the executive or personal assistant or executive travel and logistics level in a corporate setting
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy
Anticipate future needs and prepare accordingly
Excellent calendar-management skills and knowledge of today’s most efficient scheduling applications. Household management experience a plus
Openness to a wide variety of tasks on the administrative spectrum (pitching in to accomplish any task dealt)
Prior experience supporting C-level executives
Expert proficiency with Apple products, PC, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid business acumen - experience interpreting and applying various policies to the Partners’ personal interests
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
High degree of integrity and the ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality
Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships
Outstanding organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines and last-minute requests
Demonstrated team player and independent thinker

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $96000 - $155000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
