Answer guests calls in the Call Center, while providing great guest service.
Document and resolves guest conflict.
Collect and distribute tickets at will-call.
Assist guests with park inquiries.
Assist guests with lost and found items.
Assist in reuniting lost parties and uses security assistance when necessary.
