Advanced Clean Air Solutions is a mission-driven leader in indoor air quality, and we are looking for a motivated Mold & Air Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in helping our residential and commercial clients ensure their spaces are safe and healthy.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Conduct thorough mold inspections, moisture assessments, and environmental testing using state-of-the-art equipment.
Perform environmental sampling, including air samples, swabs, and tape lifts for analysis.
Document your findings from your inspections
Clearly and professionally communicate next steps to clients.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of all testing equipment.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and contamination control procedures.
Collaborate with duct cleaning service representatives to ensure quality standards and provide client support.
Conduct site visits to assess properties and provide estimates for our services.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
Experience: 1+ years of experience in environmental testing, mold remediation, fire / water restoration, construction trades, or home inspection is highly preferred.
Duct Cleaning Knowledge: Prior experience with duct cleaning systems and processes is a plus.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to meticulously follow established protocols.
Independence: Comfortable working independently in a variety of residential and commercial environments.
Reliability: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with basic computer skills for report writing and photo documentation.
Education: High school diploma or GED or greater is preferred.
Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test.
