Summary of Job Details
Performs a variety of skilled tasks in the maintenance, alteration and repair of buildings and related facilities and equipment utilizing one or more of the building trades. Job duties may typically include the range, complexity and frequency of application of journey level skills in the painting, carpentry and locksmithing trades, and demonstrated skills in the electrical, plumbing or HVAC trades. Works independently or as part of a maintenance crew and performs other related duties as required. Proactive in providing a positive customer service environment.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Four years of hands-on experience in a variety of skills including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, electrical, plastering, sheetrock repair, locksmith, heating and ventilation.
Must be able to work on and with ladders.
Demonstrated experience clearing drains, traps, and waste lines for sinks, tubs, toilets, utilizing proper sized electric or hand driven plumbing snakes.
Ability to work independently or in support of other trades.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Special Conditions of Employment
Maintain a valid CA driver’s license, a clean DMV record and enrollment in theDMV Employer Pull-Notice Program
Satisfactory criminal historybackground check

Must be able to take night and weekend call-backs
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
