Job Description:
Bookkeeping
Run weekly QuickTime time cards and merge into QuickBooks payroll
Pay weekly payroll taxes
Help out with Billing
Tax prep for CPA
Bank account management including credit cards
Skillset:
Punctuality
Reliable/honest
Good with time management
Know QuickBooks and QuickTime electronic time cards
Have good communication skills
Must work well with others
Be good at problem solving
General understanding construction
Finish Carpentry experience is a plus
