I am looking to bring a couple new members to our team. I have two positions available. I am looking to bring in skilled landscape maintenance/ gardening workers. The first position is for a crew leader/driver management position. The other position is for a general laborer landscape maintenance worker.
The requirements for the management/lead driver position are the following:
-Must be bi-lingual in both Spanish and English
-Must have a clean and valid CA drivers license
-Must have a reliable vehicle to get you to our work yard where we meet every morning
-Must be responsible and punctual. We need a full time crew leader who is on time every day Monday through Friday

-Must have qualified experience in landscape maintenance gardening with multiple years of experience and references/ examples to prove your experience
-Must know the ins and outs of gardening and plant care- how to operate power equipment, how to fertilize lawns and plants, how to identify and treat pest and disease issues, how to care for roses, shrubs, fruit trees, and turf lawns of different varieties, must know how to drive wile towing a trailer
-Must be able to work well with others and lead by example in a positive and respectful way
-Must have basic knowledge of landscape irrigation including how to operate and maintenance garden valves as well as program landscape irrigation timers
GENERAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE LABORER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have a clean and valid CA drivers license
-Must have a reliable vehicle to get you to our work yard every morning
-Must be responsible and punctual. We need full time workers who are on time every day Monday through Friday

-Preferably bi-lingual in english and Spanish but if not fully fluent in English that’s ok
-Must have qualified experience in landscape maintenance gardening with multiple years of experience and references/ examples to prove your experience
-Must know the ins and outs of gardening and plant care- how to operate power equipment, how to fertilize lawns and plants, how to identify and treat pest and disease issues, how to care for roses, shrubs, fruit trees, and turf lawns of different varieties
-Must be able to work well with others in a positive and respectful way
-Must be ambitious and hard working, plenty of opportunity for growth within the company
-Must have basic knowledge of landscape irrigation
For both positions there is plenty of room for growth and moving up within the company with increases of wages.
Hourly wage is dependent on experience
