Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Audio, Video, and Lighting (DMX) Technician with a strong focus on pre-production, installation, live mixing, programming, and hands-on technical expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to seamless event productions. Weekend availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and break down audio, video, and lighting equipment for various events.
Manage and organize cable runs with precision and safety in mind.
Conduct equipment tests and troubleshoot technical issues during events.
Collaborate with event coordinators and production teams to meet client needs.
Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to support event schedules.
Qualifications:
Experience in AV and/ or lighting technology (live events, concerts, corporate functions, etc.).
Strong knowledge of cable management, signal flow, and equipment connections.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work on ladders or lifts as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
