An established IT Service provider is seeking a Sales Operations to join their team! This individual will work with engineers to propose and manage sales for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
-Meet with existing and prospective Clients, determine appropriate technology solutions based upon needs, requirements and budget.
-Act as a liaison between Vendor Technical Support, Engineering, and Administration
-Generate technology solution quotes and proposals.
-Respond to formal RFPs and RFPs ensuring all bid items are complete.
-Track and manage annual software/hardware maintenance contract renewal proposals.
-Create annual budgets for key clients and schedule annual budgetary meetings.
Qualifications:
-Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
-Knowledge of standard software and hardware for IT environments
-Experience with quoting software is a plus
-Extensive experience with technology solutions - Servers, switching, routers, software and more
-QuickBooks experience is a plus
-Experience working with distribution channels preferred
-Administration experience preferred
