Spectre Security is seeking qualified unarmed guard for a position in Buellton. Candidates must be available to work the following shifts:
Sunday and Monday (Graveyard Shift): 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Thursday and Friday: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Must be willing to work swings and graveyeards. Must be able to work weekends.
We are now hiring to work in Buellton. Previous security experience, Veterans, Academy Graduates and Prior Law Enforcement welcomed! We will train the right candidates if you have no experience in the security field. If you do not have a Guard Card we can assist you in obtaining one.
Requirements:
Must pass all state required training.
Must be able to work flexible schedules.
Must be High school graduate or GED.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have email capable cellphone.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to work well with public, clients and coworkers.
Bilingual is a plus!
Detail oriented.
U.S. Citizen with proof of ability to legally work in the U.S.
Must have good written/oral communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment, education verification, and DMV if applicable.
If you were in the military a DD214 with honorable discharge.
You must possess excellent people skills/customer service skills.
Prior Law Enforcement preferred but not required.
Prior Military preferred but not required.
