We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual for onsite security at our public student housing complex. This position is available from Thursday through Monday, covering the hours of 7 PM to 3 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of residents.
Address and report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
Provide assistance and support to residents as needed.
Maintain clear and accurate logs of all activities and incidents.
Requirements:
Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
$30-$33 per hour, based on experience.
