Photothermal Spectroscopy Corp is a dynamic, high growth technology company developing high value scientific equipment for life science, material science and microplastics applications. Our instruments are used by leading scientists and companies around the world.
We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our growth objectives. You will serve as a point of contact for sales and service administration duties, as well as the shipment and logistics interface. Our ideal candidate is highly detail -oriented, has experience with computer-based operating systems and preferably has some customer service experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Sales Administration
Managing and entering customer orders
Managing commercial invoices and packing lists
Managing shipments and making shipping arrangements
Support for process improvements
Manufacturing support
Supporting manufacturing documentation requirements entering sales and work orders
Service Support
Service order management
Warranty management
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, & SKILLS
Previous or similar experience in this position is preferred
Attention to detail is a critical requirement
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & ability to work under deadlines
BS degree level preferred but not essential
