We are looking for a Production Support team member to join our Wholesale Division. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Help with offloading and receiving products.
Conduct inventory checks for shellfish, fresh, and frozen products.
Maintain and organize the cooler for proper storage.
Prepare for and manage deliveries.
Complete paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
Verify temperatures and types of fish received and conduct quality checks following HACCP standards.
Regularly clean tanks and coolers to ensure cleanliness.
Assist with packaging fish and other products for wholesale.
Confirm and verify Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Plus:
Experience in inventory management and production support in a wholesale setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Bilingual (Spanish)
