Job Title: Smartphone Technician
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
Answer phone calls in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working in a retail phone repair shop.
Experience fixing smartphones, including all iPhone models, iPads, and Samsung devices.
A+ Certification, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) is an advantage.
