We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Property Manager to join our team in Goleta. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with an opportunity to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties
Coordinate tenant relations and respond to inquiries
Process lease agreements and rental applications
Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
Schedule and manage repairs, inspections, and maintenance services
Collect rent payments and manage financial records
Qualifications:
Prior property management or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Knowledge of local laws and property management regulations a plus
Basic proficiency with property management software (preferred but not required)
