Manage busy office for property management company. Must be organized, multi tasker and perfectionist.
Job includes AR, AP, monthly billings, managing and reconciling petty cash accounts, scheduling appointments, emails with clients and vendors, research and order supplies / equipment, coordinate with IT department. Help co-workers in the field at various properties.
Helpful to be proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Drive.
