Daily front desk operations including answering phones, greeting visitors and completing administrative tasks in support of the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them and following security procedures, answering multi-line phones and transferring calls to appropriate people/departments.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges, stays up-to-date on any new information.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains and updates front desk process manual.
Maintains the GTC Visitor Management Requirements.
Receives, sorts and distributes all incoming mail. Processes all outgoing mail. Maintains postage meter.
Other administrative duties as they come up and are assigned.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, problem solving skills
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Minimum of two years’ experience as a front office receptionist, including the use of multi-line phone system required.
California Notary Public Certification would be a plus
High School Diploma

$20-$25 Per Hour
