MarBorg Industries is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Phone Receptionist to be our customers' first point of contact. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting callers, directing them to the appropriate department or person, or taking messages when necessary.
Providing information about the company’s services, hours, or products.
Provide clerical support to the Customer Service team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication, phone, and computer skills.
Highly professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with office equipment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
High School diploma or GED required.
