Position Overview:
This is a part-time role perfect for someone interested in urban planning, construction, real estate, or government processes. As a Permitting Technician, you’ll act as the extra muscle for our Project Manager—handling municipal visits, gathering information, submitting permits, and ensuring our projects move forward smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Municipal Visits & Research – Visit city offices to obtain project information, ask questions, and clarify permit requirements.
Permit Submissions – Assist in preparing and submitting permit applications to ensure timely approvals.
Project Support – Help track permit statuses, manage documents, and support project managers with various administrative tasks.
Team & City Coordination – Communicate with city officials and relay important updates to the team.
