Job Responsibilities:
Review documents and file them electronically. Maintain organized filing systems.
Manage front desk operations and serve as a first point of contact; greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Help with general administrative support.
Maintain office supplies and ensure stock is replenished
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, fostering a positive office environment.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
A professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of computer operation and Microsoft office programs
Willing to work in a team setting with other employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. bilingual abilities are a plus.
High School Diploma or GED (working toward a Degree in Accounting preferred)
