Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, plumbing, painting, and mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- maintain equipment as necessary
- Utilize Computerized system (Yardi Breeze) for tracking work orders
Experience:
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with Yardi Breeze for maintenance tracking
- Ability to work with logic controllers for equipment diagnostics

Position works Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with every other Friday off Paid.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
