This position ensures the organized execution of the Organic Soup Kitchen SoupMeal Program and customer service divisions of the organization.

This IN person position includes the following job responsibilities:

–Manage client intake, surveys and ongoing communication (phone, email and text)

–Pack and organize delivery bags for pick up

–Manage doordash pickups and deliveries–

–Recruit and communicate with volunteer delivery drivers

–Manage retail sales

–Act as liaison between OSK and partner agencies

–Develop and execute SoupMeal inventory process

–Seek opportunities to expand awareness and educate community about organization

Proficiency with the following platforms preferred:

–Salesforce

–Shopify

-Canva

–Gmail, google docs, google sheets and google voice

Will contribute fully to the team and be the initial impression customers have with the organization.

Bi-lingual speaking is required.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds and available Monday through Friday 8am–3pm. Approximately 6.5–7 hours/day.

30 hours weekly min. and $20 per hour for the first 3 months (training period from 9am to 1pm) with $25 hourly rate following 3 month training/probation period.
