Responsibilities include:
Get to know volunteers as they fulfill their responsibilities at the Shower sites.
Review volunteer applications. Schedule and provide onsite orientation to new volunteers.
Maintain a roster of all volunteers that is currently 50-75. Recruit new volunteers from the Santa Barbara community.
Participate in bi-monthly staff meetings.
This is both a "work at home and work at the Shower sites" position, 5-10 hours a week.
