Case Manager
Full-time case manager to assist families living in Transition House's emergency homeless shelter and seeking to improve their lives by securing employment, income, savings, and applying for low-income housing in our community.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to direct family households in crafting a realistic plan to reach housing stability and self-sufficiency. Must be able to assist clients in creating household budgets and gathering documentation. Case manager will also connect clients to other services in our community. Schedule includes some evenings at the shelter.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. College degree or equivalent experience necessary. Previous social work experience desired. Knowledge of local social services is a plus. Excellent written and organizational skills required.
