About the Role:
As the Administrative Coordinator for One805, you’ll be the backbone of our event planning efforts, ensuring the success of One805 Live!, a star-studded music event that draws thousands to honor our first responders. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, diving into the heart of event logistics, transportation coordination, rooming arrangements, and tackling any task that keeps the event running smoothly. This hybrid role (approximately 20 hours/week) offers flexibility, with a mix of remote work and on-site presence in Santa Barbara, where you’ll collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Support: Coordinate schedules and event timelines to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Transportation & Rooming: Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation for performers, staff, and VIPs, ensuring seamless operations.
Administrative Excellence: Manage communications, track tasks, and handle documentation with precision and efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Tackle unexpected challenges with creativity and composure, ensuring nothing derails the event.
Event Support: Be ready to jump in wherever needed, from pre-event planning to on-site coordination during One805 Live! on September 20, 2025.

Requirements:
Must reside in Santa Barbara, CA, with reliable transportation for on-site needs.
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excel and basic project management platforms (experience with event software a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for hybrid work (20 hours/week) with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend tasks, especially closer to the event date.
