We work closely with couples to bring their vision to life with professionalism, creativity, and care. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Wedding & Event Assistant to support our team on event days, with potential opportunities to contribute to marketing efforts during the week.
Key Responsibilities (Event Support):
Assist lead planner with setup, breakdown, and event coordination
Manage event timelines and vendor communications onsite
Support the wedding party, guests, and vendors with professionalism and calm
Troubleshoot small issues during the event to ensure a smooth flow
Help with styling and decor setup as needed
Ensure all materials, supplies, and rentals are tracked and returned properly
Optional Responsibilities (Marketing Support – Weekday/Flexible Hours):
Assist with social media content creation (e.g., Reels, posts, stories)
Help update website or blog with recent events and testimonials
Organize photo/video files from events for marketing use
Qualifications:
Must have weekend availability and reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable being on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Interest or experience in weddings/events and/or marketing is a plus
