Job Description:
Pure Aquatic Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and ensuring the proper functionality of residential and commercial pools. Our ideal candidate has a passion for delivering high-quality service and a strong attention to detail.
You will begin by training alongside one of our technicians and assisting our crews until you are fully trained. Ideal candidates often have experience in fields like landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or retail—especially where strong customer service skills were essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection.
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing.
- Conduct water quality testing and apply necessary treatments to maintain a safe swimming environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and communicate any issues or concerns to management and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Safely operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
- Because our work involves water features, you must be able to swim for safety reasons.
