Position Overview:
Valley Oak Industries is seeking a skilled Door Machine Operator to join our Door Shop team. We are looking for candidates with experience in the wood or door industry, but we are also open to training the right individual with a strong background in carpentry or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain door machinery
- Hinge and hang doors with precision
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform tasks related to door assembly and finishing as needed
Qualifications:
-Experience with door machinery or as a Finish Carpenter preferred
-Knowledge of hinging and hanging doors is a plus
-Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
