Seeking a candidate with medical/dental assisting experience or an interest in entering the healthcare field.
At our Santa Barbara Dental Office, we screen and treat patients with sleep disordered breathing conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea, a potentially life threatening condition. As dental providers, we can help assess a patient's airway health and recommend preventative measures as a precursor treatment to sleep apnea. We work closely with physicians and medical community to help these patients achieve better quality of life through a better night's sleep! This is a great opportunity to get leadership experience in the medical/dental field.

Job includes: Screening patients, transcribing progress notes, coordinating and facilitating referrals, interpreting reports, taking impressions, corresponding with laboratories, active rounding on patients and their treatment plans, etc.
