BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County is growing and we have an immediate need for Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide home health services in the Santa Ynez Valley and Buellton areas.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team, providing top-tier healthcare services in the Solvang, Buellton, and Santa Ynez Valley areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Execute trach suctioning and G-tube feeding procedures proficiently.
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
As well as other duties within the established scope of practice.
Qualifications:
Valid LVN license in the state of California.
Proven experience with trach suctioning and G-tube feeding is preferred.
Prior experience in home care or home health settings is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates compassion, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail.
