Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with a smile
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and handle paperwork
Support billing and payment processes
Keep the reception area organized and inviting
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
