Job Title: Parasailing Crew Member
Location: Santa Barbara Harbor
Job Type: 3-4 days a week
Introduction:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our parasailing team as crew members. If you are passionate about adventure sports, enjoy working outdoors, and have a keen sense of customer service, this opportunity is for you. As a parasailing crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience on the water.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and setup of parasailing equipment before each excursion.
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed meticulously.
Assist guests in boarding and disembarking from the parasailing boat.
Communicate effectively with the boat captain to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parasailing equipment and boat.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in water sports, boating, or customer service preferred but not required.
Strong swimming skills and comfort working in a marine environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Ability to lift and carry equipment.
YOU MUST BE DRUG FREE- pass pre-employment drug test and subject to random testing throughout employment
