We’re expanding our beloved daytime café into an elevated bistro at night, and we’re building a front-of-house team to bring it to life. If you take pride in warm hospitality, clean execution, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is your spot.
Merci is an intimate, modern café with Parisian influences — handcrafted pastries, vibrant seasonal food, and an atmosphere that feels warm, beautiful, and alive. By day we’re fast-casual and buzzing; by night we shift to an inviting, elevated bistro inspired by travel, simplicity, and French joie de vivre.
Servers + Support Staff
– Experience in elevated casual or bistro-style service (preferred)
– Warm, guest-focused presence
– Strong teamwork + clear communication
– Reliability, professionalism, and pace
– Able to start late January for training + opening
