Rare Society Seeking Sous Chef

Rare Society is seeking a motivated individual with leadership skills and great cooking techniques. This position requires the ability to speak Spanish, experienced management in the past, and has been cooking for over 4 years. We offer to teach people new experiences and cooking skills, as we are a fully scratch kitchen that makes fresh bread to hand spun ice cream every day. We also offer 401k matching and benefits as well. Looking for someone that is eager to learn and is determined to help us become the best steak house in the area. Daily job duties include making recipes, butchery, produce ordering, and making sure all stations are set and quality of food is perfect. The opportunity for over time is here, but not guaranteed, but always will be working 40 hours a week. Tips are included in this position
