This position is a key player on a small chocolate-making team. The person who best fills this position can determine what is needed based on seasonal demand and incoming orders. They prepare packaging, molds, and keep the factory clean. Responsible for supporting production lead in all stages of production of chocolate. This position can start part-time and move into full-time, or be full-time right off the bat. Raises in hourly pay can be expected as responsibilities increase. Bonuses will be available too. Benefits include free chocolate and 25% off anything in our chocolate shop. Part-time needed with option to go to full-time.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support Production lead in making products as needed
Polish molds
Prepare truffle cups on trays
Maintain first-in, first-out product and ingredient organization
Clean production spaces with the production team, including washing dishes
Qualifications
Experience in an industrial food or factory environment
Ability to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for an 8 hr shift
