Montesano Group seeking dedicated individuals to fill various positions within our restaurants: Joe’s Café, Tre Lune, and Lucky’s.
Positions Available:
Front of House: $16 per hour plus tips
1. Host / Hostess: Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave. Manage waitlists during busy hours, accurately estimating wait times and seating guests efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
2. Servers: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Bartenders: Craft cocktails, provide beverage recommendations, and deliver excellent service at our bar.
4. Bussers / Runners: Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly to maintain smooth service flow. Assist servers by refilling water, delivering food, and providing other support as needed.
Back of House: Pay starts at $16 per hour.
1. Dishwasher: Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
2. Prep Cook: Help ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Assist with food preparation tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
3. Line Cook: Help create a memorable experience for guests. Prepare and cook delicious dishes with precision according to our recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
