The Monarch is looking to add to our kitchen staff. We are a new restaurant located in The Montecito Inn Hotel, focusing on local ingredients in a fine dining setting. We have a small, dedicated crew, so being a hard working team player with a positive attitude is the most important part. This is a great position for someone looking to learn and develop kitchen skills. This will be a full time line cook position with 4-5 shifts a week. Weekend availability required.
Working at The Monarch will present you with the opportunity to be around some of the best Chefs in the world. You will be learning techniques, expertise and professionalism that will allow you to get any job you want. If you provide the drive and put in the time, we will provide a space to take you anywhere you want to be.
Will accept inexperienced and experienced cooks, we only expect you to come prepared to learn and work hard.
